On December 5, 2017, the El Camino Real Corridor Specific Plan Advisory Committee (ECRPAC) held its sixth meeting to begin discussion on possible development standards and design guidelines for the ECR corridor. Based on the City Council selected land use alternative and draft vision statement for the Specific Plan, the project team provided a presentation on topics including node/district identity, distribution of density/uses along the corridor, and design strategies to ensure minimal impact on adjacent properties. Feedback from the ECRPAC will allow the project team to further refine these concepts for review by the ECRPAC at a future meeting.
